Information only
Everything Bagwatch provides—alerts, signals, scores, charts, profit-and-loss figures, and AI-written summaries—is general information. None of it is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and none of it recommends buying, selling, or holding any asset. See the disclaimer.
No custody or trading
Bagwatch holds no funds, has no access to any wallet or exchange account, and places no trades. You alone decide whether to act on any information, and you alone bear the results.
Third-party services
Bagwatch depends on market-data providers, blockchain networks, and messaging carriers it does not control. We are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or conduct. Links to other sites are for convenience only.
Disclaimer of warranties
BAGWATCH IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ALERTS WILL BE TIMELY, ACCURATE, OR DELIVERED, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, BAGWATCH AND ITS OPERATOR ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, FUNDS, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM USE OF OR RELIANCE ON BAGWATCH, INCLUDING MISSED, DELAYED, OR INACCURATE ALERTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO $100. These limits do not apply to liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
Florida law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms by posting a new version here with a new date; using Bagwatch after that date means you accept the change. We may suspend or end the service, or anyone’s access, at any time.
General
If any provision of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, the privacy policy, and the disclaimer are the entire agreement about Bagwatch.
